Also, apparently Singapore has pretty archaic beliefs when it comes to LGBTQ folks. For all their accomplishments and ability to facilitate a very high quality of life for their heterosexual residents, you can still get 10 years in prison for having sex with a man, if you are a man. You also don't see anyone out here. Or at least I haven't in 5 days spent walking around. You can legally pay to have penis into vagina based sex here though. The irony...
